We do not use customer or invitation information for unrelated purposes such as selling customer profiles or using invitation information for third-party advertising.
4. Public Invitations
Digital invitations are designed to be shared with guests through a link.
When a customer publishes an invitation, information included in that invitation may become accessible to people who receive or otherwise obtain the invitation link.
Customers are responsible for deciding what information they include in a public invitation.
Customers should not include highly sensitive or unnecessary personal information in an invitation.
Ritual does not intentionally require customers to publish sensitive personal information as part of creating an invitation.
5. RSVP Information
Ritual may provide RSVP functionality that allows guests to respond to an invitation.
Information submitted through RSVP functionality may be accessible to the customer who created the invitation so that they can manage their event.
Customers understand that RSVP information is collected and displayed for the purpose of managing the relevant event.
Customers should only request information from guests that is reasonably necessary for their event.

By uploading content, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or authorization to provide that content to Ritual for the purpose of operating the service.
Ritual does not claim ownership of customer-created invitation content.
The customer grants Ritual the limited permission necessary to store, process, reproduce, and display the submitted content solely for providing the requested service.
7. Music
Ritual may provide music that is intended for use with digital invitations.
Ritual will only provide or make available music where Ritual has the necessary rights, permissions, or licensing to use that music for the service.
Ritual does not intentionally provide copyrighted commercial music without the necessary rights.
If Ritual allows customers to provide their own music or other audio files, customers are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use that material.
Ritual may remove or disable music or other content if it receives a valid copyright complaint or determines that the content may violate applicable rights.

Where such providers process personal data on behalf of Ritual, their access is limited to what is reasonably necessary for providing their services.
Ritual does not intentionally provide customer personal data to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
The actual service providers used by Ritual may change as the platform develops.
10. Data Security
Ritual takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no Internet-based service can guarantee absolute security.
